We aim to influence and encourage the development of services which can help to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of all older people in Halton.
The main areas Halton OPEN focus on are:
- Finance / Benefits
- Health & Wellbeing

If you wish to have your say on any of the above services or there are other issues which you wish to bring to our attention, then please become a member of the Forum.

Halton OPEN works on behalf of all people aged 50 plus throughout Halton and tries to ensure that your views, wants and needs are taken into consideration when decisions are made.
